Fantastic!

Pros: Excellent stay, this hotel has all the little detail taught of, so comfortable and the staff were so lovely.

Pros: The room was nice and spacious. It's very close to the town centre. The breakfast was good. Spacious bathroom, with bath and shower and 2 sinks. Friendly staff.

Cons: Spa not being included for guests. The cost to guests is £20 per hour and that's way too much.

Great place for getting around to everything

Pros: The location, size of the rooms, comfortable bed. Bathroom was massive.

Cons: There was no heating on in the rooms it was freezing But they did put it on once asked and also brought in some extra radiators

Very good.

Pros: Convenient for city centre access but still managed to be quiet. Bedroom was spacious with adequate storage. Wet room was easily accessible. Bar and breakfast room were convenient. We'll be back.

Cons: Sink tap just spouted cold water. No means to control it or obtain hot water.

Nice hotel would return

Pros: Big comfy beds, clean room, good location and friendly staff.

Cons: £20 to use the pool when you have paid a lot of money to stay at the hotel. The room we had didn’t have a bath as pictured in the room pictures.

had such a lovely time with my partner we took a nice walk alone mersey.

Pros: the comfortable bed and pillows. clean good tv and food we had for breakfast bacon wasnt to my satisfaction but everyone is differnt i like mine soft.
