Very enjoyable, comfy bed and lovely breakfast. 😊

Pros: We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Room and en-suite was very nice. Breakfast was tasty with a wonderful view whilst we were eating. Host was welcoming.

Cons: The mirror in the bathroom was too high for me to do my make up and no space on table under mirror in bedroom to put anything. Nothing else.

Fantastic guest house; warm and friendly welcome.excellent breakfast

Pros: Our stay at the the guest house was a last minute booking. We could not have stayed in a better place. The room was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The honesty bar stocked with a selection of Belgium beers is a lovely touch. Breakfast was great with a choice from the tea rooms menu. Could not fault it! Exceptional value.

Cons: Everything was great. Cannot think of anything to make it better.

Delightful!

Pros: Beautiful setting, tastefully decorated, very friendly and welcoming staff, top notch breakfast, even home made cakes left in bedroom. It felt expensive till I realised how much high quality food we were getting for breakfast, including starters and unlimited drinks. Very near lovely villages with excellent eateries.

Cons: The view wasn’t what I expected but I now realise you have to call the hosts to discuss this and choose.

Pros: Excellent. The room was lovely. The view sublime. The people friendly. The location peaceful. The sunset immaculate. The breakfast, well, that was beyond a breakfast.

Lovely accommodation and Staff

Pros: Staff were great, anything we needed was no trouble - lovely little touches like delicious cake left in our room. Room was lovely and clean and beds very comfortable. Location was quiet and a great base for walking around the area.

Cons: Location quite remote, but we were expecting this so not a problem.

Restful luxury

Pros: The hosts took enormous pains to make everything just right. The room and ensuite were very comfortable with everything you could need.

Cons: Everything was great. There was a bit of traffic noise the first night as our room was on the road side of the house. I did think we'd booked a room looking over the valley but we might have missed this as we checked in quite late.

Wonderful BH weekend stay to walk Pendle Hill

Pros: Fabulous hospitality from all the staff at Greendale, who were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were one of the best we’d had - premium ingredients and excellent coffee. Clean, comfortable room with a modern bathroom - again premium tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The lovely staff even left us some homemade cake when we returned from our day out! Location was stunning.

Cons: Nothing!
