Perfect value for money stay by the sea.

Pros: Absolutely love this place. Best value for Money stay in Blackpool. The manager Mark is kind and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Pros: Everything about the place was really good for the price

Cons: There was only a little heater in the room so in cold weathers the room gets quite cold could do with another heater or something to warm the room up a bit more

Pros: Close to south pier by tram stop. Room was nice got moved to another room so we had a bed each (thanks for that) room was big bit cold at first but soon warmed up worth the money. I was abit uneasy not knowing what to expect regarding other reviews needed of worried though everything was fine
