Great stay in a beautiful B&B

Pros: Beautiful B&B! Spotlessly clean, beautiful decor and amazing hosts. Breakfast was delicious and gluten free options too. We can’t wait to return!

Pros: Kath is super welcoming and available to help with any queries, the guest book in the room with recommendations is a great touch, Room is clean and comfortable and environment is quiet (no noise from other guests or street etc) Location is a very close walk from south pier Car park is small but Kath and Rick accommode as much as possible and honesty box at bar is perfect for my partner who always ends up needing a can of pop at random times through the day or night!! Fantastic Stay! Would highly recommend

Amazing place to stay

Pros: Kath and Rick was very friendly the place is absolutely beautiful breakfast was amazing close to pleasure beach walking distance to the strip literally a 2 min walk Kath especially was so helpful lovely lady can't wait to come back & we went for valentine's day thanks for a great time Ben and Kayleigh

Excellent Stay, will be back

Pros: The room was lovely and clean and warm too. The bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated and the bath very comfortable. Hot water no problem and very comfortable bed.

A gem in this part of Blackpool.

Pros: Friendly, great historical house for the area. A lovely building and well presented.

Cons: Nothing really - just a tad warm for our tastes but we were able to turn off the radiator.

Perfect!

Pros: Such a beautiful house - inside and out. So peaceful too with the best nights sleep in a super comfy bed. Kath and Rick are the perfect hosts! Breakfast was optional which was great. We were able to choose if we wanted breakfast up until 8pm the night before with the choice of continental for a fiver or only £3 extra for bacon and eggs. Brekky was fab too!
