Pros: Mark the host was very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Restock of amenities and housekeeping was done everyday which was amazing! This place was great for the price and we will definitely be going again.

Cons: Location bit far from centre but a 5-10 minute drive, bus or tram ride.

A great weekend stay for a single person

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big for a single room. Mark was an exceptional and friendly host.

Pros: Mark is great host and real ale drinker who told me of the TIPSY SEAGULL micropub close by, a new excellent pub. Hot chocolate and biscuits daily in the tray.

Cons: No soap/shampoo dish in shower.

Pros: I like the fact you can guarantee with Mark that everything is going to be 100% immaculately clean, warm, I'm glad I discovered this guesthouse a number of years ago.

Cons: There was nothing this visit, nothing to do with Lynmoore or Mark but the cold and heavy rain.

Best guest house I have stayed in for a very long time

Pros: The cleanliness of the guest house was absolutely impeccable. The room had all the comfort and facilities we needed. I loved the little touch of supplying coffee and biscuits every day. The room was nice and warm, it was lovely coming back from rainy and cold Blackpool and getting warm and dry. Mark went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. The price was very reasonable and the closeness of the guest house from all the major attractions of Blackpool was a bonus. I would definitely recommend Lynmoore Guesthouse to other travellers.

Pros: Great location, Mark was lovely, great facilities.

Cons: It was a little too warm, we did keep turning the radiator off and the bed was abit hard. But everything else was GREAT.

Great value with everything needed for a short stay

Pros: Me and my sister found the room very clean and had everything needed for a stay including a fridge. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The TV had streaming apps and the internet worked well. The housekeeping was done when we came back after a quick breakfast. Mark the owner was welcoming and nothing felt like too much trouble. He removed the guests that were causing noise disturbance and let us leave our luggage after checking out whilst we had a few more hours in Blackpool.

Cons: The arguing couple opposite our room on the first night made us feel a bit tense. Due to it happening at around 11pm-1am where we are usually still awake anyway I just sent a text to Mark and they did eventually shut up when we went to bed.
