Ideal place to stay with your family, spacious,clean comfortable rooms, lovely host.

Pros: The location was ideal in between south pier and central pier. Was just right location to not be disturbed at night with noise.The room was clean and spacious especially as it slept a family of five , the fridge in the room was fantastic and a generous size . The host was great.

Cons: The only thing that wasn’t great was the stairs, we were at the top of the building so had a lot of stairs to climb, however this can’t be helped and wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

Pros: We have just checked out. Everything was near by, property was very clean! Clive was amazing and very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again soon

Brilliant host, good location and too much to do in one visit.

Pros: Location was great ideal. We only needed to look left down the road outside to see the sea. Clive welcomed us to the property with open arms, to ask him if we needed anything, give some recommendations and left us with a wonderful experience. Ask him where he got the pillows from. They’re amazing.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The room was basic which is what we wanted, the hotel was quiet and in a good location. Clive the landlord fixed a booking issue that was caused by me. He didn't need to do it but did. We would consider staying again.

Pros: As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the owner Clive. He was very helpful and made me and my partner feel welcome. Clive explained different parts of the areas to go to in Blackpool, which again was very helpful. A very caring soul should i say and i look forward to staying again.

Cons: Was nothing not to like.

Perfect, quiet and family friendly location to enjoy Blackpool.

Pros: We all really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was really pleasant and helpful. It’s a brilliant location with parking so that was one less hassle. We found the property to be clean and supplied with plenty of towels and toilet roll. It was quiet with the exception of MY infant. Family friendly.

Great Value and Staff

Pros: Nice place with simple necessary facilities. Nothing fancy but does what you need and expect. Great location right by South Pier. Quiet at night and good sized rooms. The guy was really nice and helpful.

Cons: Only bad thing was that the bathroom had no sink you you needed to use the one in your room.

Would stay again.

Pros: Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Our room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom was a good size which made getting our 4 children ready a breeze. Located in a great spot and parking was available. Bins were emptied daily and tea and coffee restocked.

Cons: No lift but can't be helped in that style building. Only quarm I had was the travel cot provided was a little grubby. I'd already packed my own sheets etc for it so wasn't too much of an issue.

Excellent stay

Pros: The owner was very nice let us check in after 8 at Nyt as I was working only downfall for us personally was the stairs for my husband as has breathtaking problem if on lower floor it would have been excellent parking space a good extra

Cons: Everything except the stairs

Pros: Didnt do breakfast but apartment was clean and tidy.Very friendly owner.Would recommend for family stay.
