Pros: Very welcoming nothing is a fuss definitely stay again

Comfortable and friendly hotel

Pros: The owner was very helpful and friendly and responded quickly to anything we needed. It was in a quiet part of the town but still close to the promenade. I was also able to park at the front of the hotel and felt my car was safe.

Cons: The bathroom was freezing during the night - this is probably the only thing I can say!

Pros: Great stay with great hosts. Everything we needed for a few days away. Good location within easy reach of town & all facilities.

Pros: The lovely couple owners are very welcoming and accommodating. We needed a few extra bits and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: The window on the room didn't close properly, this didn't affect our stay as it was summer time but had we stayed in winter this would have bothered me.

Pros: They owner was very welcoming the room was lovely and clean but a bit tired. We had a 4 poster bed which was again tired but very comfortable. We couldn't find the hairdryer contacted owner who brought one within 10minx

Cons: The window opening were broken in the bathroom, everything was a bit tired.

Friendly hotel with easy to access transport to town/piers

Pros: We had a really great stay at the Holmlea, the hosts were friendly and accommodating and their little boy was so sweet and helpful. We had an unfortunate incident where our bed broke in the middle of the night (me and my partner are both plus sized people, so it's our fault not the hotel's) but the host fixed our bed in the morning so it was ready for us to use the next night and we had an amazing sleep the 2nd night. The hotel has free WiFi, parking is £10 a day/night so cheaper than parking on the prom. Unfortunately the hotel is not wheelchair accessible but it is mobility impairment accessible (if you can use stairs). The hotel is a 5 minute walk from a tram stop so accessible for walking and it's a short distance walk to south pier & pleasure beach. I would recommend this hotel and we would definitely be open to staying at this hotel again.

Fantastic hosts with a great place to stay when coming to Blackpool

Pros: The owners are amazing, they did everything to make our stay as great as possible , the room was very big. The location is very good , just a short walk to the beach. Close to all types of shops including Tesco and the laundromat. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended

Cons: The only downside was the water pressure of the shower in the room
