Very pleasant.

Pros: Great place, especially the host, who is is very friendly and helpful with lots of information on the local area and attractions. Kitchen is clean and everything you need and the TV/dining room is very comfortable and well maintained.

Pleasant and friendly

Pros: The beds were comfortable, it was exactly what it says on the tin, and the father and son were really polite and helpful.

Cons: The bathroom was dirty, however it wasn’t unusable

Fir tree 🌳

Pros: Stayed in room 2 the king size , nice view of the street and free parking when available, the location and friendliness of guesthouse owner , had a good chat as I stayed for 3 nights , looking forward to next visit in January or maybe before, good prices aswell for the room I was in

Pros: The location close to seafront and places I like to visit, this guest house is very nice clean and comfortable bed aswell ,very quiet and guests come and go quietly, owner is a very nice friendly guy aswell.

A warm welcoming comfortable great price

Pros: We Have been going Blackpool for years, This was a great stay better than all our stays yet. The Family looked after us well and accommodated all our needs. The Price was unbeatable. Recommended *****

Cons: If I had to nit pick its Just having to share a bathroom. But this did not become a problem.

Pros: Location was great, parking facilities and shops close by! Shower was very hot and there are plebty of bathroom facilities! Hodsts are very friendly and communicative. :)

Pure bliss
