Perfect chiice

Pros: The warm welcome from owner Claire was really appreciated, the guest house was very clean and homely. Claire was kind and courteous, the complimentary breakfast was superb, we will definitely be visiting again. The room was beautiful very nicely decorated to high standard, super clean and the bed was comfortable. Thankyou Tiffys place for having us.

More like a Spa break than a B and B.

Pros: The host, Claire, is very warm, considerate and approachable. She was on hand to show us to the room, and there at breakfast, and was very helpful and we had plenty of messages to help us locate the property. Our room had a spa bath in it, and my goodness it was sooo worth the little bit extra to indulge. Excellent after a day of trekking around Blackpool. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was continental with all items there in abundance amd topped up promptly. Really enjoyed the stay - feeling super relaxed and recharged. The decor was lovely throughout the property, and its located right near St Chads tram stop. What a wonderful place with a host who clearly cares about the experience her guests have
