Peaceful and beautiful guest house.

Pros: BEAUTIFUL GUEST HOUSE, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND IN CENTRAL LOCATION NEAR EVERTHING, 10 OUT 10 FOR ME.

Spacious property and nice comfort

Pros: The room was very good. The air in the hot weather circulated all around the room good and well during the heatwave. The WIFI works great. Fresh towels on arrival. The bed was soft and comfy. Kettle and cups in room and free tea provided. The owner and staff are all lovely. Always nearby if you need any refreshments. Location also a bonus.

Cons: The only thing that I could have done with was a refrigerator and maybe a facility to warm up cooked food but I already knew this before arrival so I scored a high 9 instead of 10 just for this reason.

Good stay at the wishing well.

Pros: Friendly staff, more than happy to help. Sea front just at the end of the Rd. Near St Chad's tram stop. I'd book again. my room was comfy and clean.

Cons: TV aerial didn't work but it wasn't an issue as I've plenty TV things on my phone. So no moans.

Pros: The staff are really great and accommodating and helped carry my luggage. The couple who run it are really friendly and down to earth. I've stayed here before loads and they are always friendly and helpful. Which goes a long way.

Budget Bargain in Blackpool

Pros: Very good value for money. Complimentary WiFi Location convenient for beach, shops, takeaways, tower, prom, piers, public transport & Pleasure Beach. Quieter than expected. Friendly staff & fellow guests TV, hot drink making facilities. Good sized window. Felt safe, welcome & reasonably comfortable

Cons: Minor issues that would not deter me from returning and are partly acceptable at the price point: Hot water tap not working in ensuite Bed mattress well worn
