Pros: The hotel was nice and clean and the beds was very comfortable upon arrival we realised our room was a bit to small and dawn kindly arranged for us to have another room instead

Pros: The location and facilities of the hotel matched my expectations, and everything was exactly as described. Communication from the hotel, both before and during my stay, was clear, timely and very professional. This made the whole experience straightforward and stress‑free, and I felt well looked after throughout my visit.

Cons: What I didn’t like was that the bathroom was quite cold. The window seal didn’t seem to close properly, which let in a lot of cold air and made the bathroom uncomfortable to use at times. This didn't deter me, and I would stay again.

Family room

Pros: Location was in the middle to both the south and north pier. 24 hour car park not to far and reasonable prized. Was comfy and clean

Cons: The shower didn't have great pressure And no shower matt. The room was smaller than expected

Pros: Easy walk to tea pot cafe and attractions Open lounge and kitchen area for you to use clean and tidy Room clean No noise Car park at rear £ 12.00 for weekend

Cons: Room cold No bath mat so water ran into bedroom Mattress uncomfortable No disability facilities for mobile scooter

Excellent value for money, clean and tidy a everything in walking distance

Pros: Lovely little place , ideal for what we needed , staff friendly and helpful , will deffo be back
