Great for kids & excellent value for money!

Pros: We had a really lovely stay! The place was exactly as described, very clean and had everything we needed for a few days away with children over half term. The pool was great and the location was well placed for trips out to Silverdale and Lancaster. Communication with the owner was also excellent!

A great 2 night stay. Everything you could wish for

Pros: A really spacious and extremely well stocked with everything you need to cook. A fantastic touch was the Christmas tree and other decorations. The owner had been earlier and put heating on so it was very comfortable when we arrived.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Margaret was very accomodating and always within reach. The wifi was very good unlike other places we stayed in the past where getting a signal would be a struggle. We also loved the location as it was close to Lake District. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Cumbria and neighbouring attractions...

Pros: Very well run good information from host in build up and arrival. Properly clean and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with all utensil requirements and electrical goods. We came for a relaxing weekend and the site was very quiet and peaceful, well located

Clean and comfortable in a great location

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Really appreciated the little touches of milk and biscuits for us and the dog. Also great that things like condiments, herbs, washing up liquid and tea towels were provided. Lovely location.

Fantastic accommodation in a excellent location.

Quiet clean site with a lovely homely caravan, would definitely return.

Pros: Great base to explore all the local area, the caravan was cosy and warm, all the added extras (milk,biscuits,crisps) were very much appreciated.
