Perfect

Pros: Firstly we where great with a warm welcome by Brian, In fact before we went to our room I asked Brian for nearest chemist as my partner need a prescription urgently and the directions he gave were spot on. This my seem a silly comment but it put us at ease.

Cons: Staying another night, no it would be hard to give a negative comment.
