Great family guest house

Pros: Pretty much everything, we enjoyed our stay so much we have booked another 2 weeks. The beds are honestly so comfy, always hot water and the staff are brilliant, great to chat with and nothing is too much trouble. Great family guest house. Highly recommended!!

Cons: Can be a little bit loud at times depending how noisy other guests are, but you can get that in any hotel or accommodation

Excellent value for money defo stay again cute cosy and warm very welcoming owners Sara and rob doing excellent job

Pros: The owners were polite and welcoming and very accommodating was clean cosy warm like home from home constantly hot water plenty of coffee tea sugar completely lovely place defo recommend to anyone would defo stay again

Pros: Myself partner & son arrived and were greeted by rob ! He was lovely , took us to our room and answered any questions we had . Checked in early which was fantastic . Our room was spacious & cosy and the bathroom was extra clean . Total home away from home & the guests in the hotel made us feel warm and welcome great stay and can’t wait to return !

Great place to stay

Pros: This is a great place for a nice quiet weekend away on a budget with a home kind of feel to it and quite spacious and clean too. Close to whetherspoons, Ripley's believe it or not! and pleasure beach

Cons: Only little bits here and there could be improved like providing cups in the room or a more adjustable shower but that's just if I were to nitpick otherwise everything was great especially for the price

Great place

Pros: Comfy bed, decent shower, very hot water, great location, good value for money, quiet and cosy with friendly staff and free pool table.

Cons: Room is a bit small but then we booked the small double, so no complaints

My valentines day stay

Pros: The room was cosy and accommodating, especially for a valentines day stay. The bed was comfy, staff were friendly, accommodating and respectable. When we arrived we were given a small room but even then it felt like we were welcome, shortly after our arrival and check in we were offered a bigger room which was very kind of the owner to offer especially seeing as though me and my gorlfreind were celebrating our anniversary. Overlap the rooms were colorful, spacious, clean and safe.

Cons: The only downside to my stay wasn't the hotels fault, this was the parking as I drove here from Burnley and couldn't find cheap parking but there are accessible parking lots with appropriate prices and time slots. Example: bond street car park located up the street from the hotel has an option to stay until midnight for 10 pounds which is very appropriate but not ideal with low budget plans.

Pros: Great room for the price. Perfect location to south pier and the pleasure beach. Great hosts! Rob was great and sorted anything out you needed

Cons: TV was tiny, but that's fineee
