Spot on, thank you

Pros: Considering I was the only occupant on a freezing November Monday I received a warm welcome, I was offered a choice of rooms and the location was a minute walk to the local tram stop. My room was well equipped with a good shower, breakfast was first class too. I will happily return on my next trip to Blackpool, thank you.

Fantastic!

Pros: Within walking distance to the pleasure beach. Lovely sea views during the day and the illuminations during the night. Quiet and comfortable nights stay with a fantastic full English breakfast in the morning. Accommodating and friendly staff.

Cons: There is nothing here not to like! Decor is slightly dated but simply adds to the charm.

Pros: The owner of the hotel Kaz was very friendly and also very helpful in accommodating my late check-in time. Upon arrival, he helped me to find adequate parking for my car and then offered me a choice of 2 rooms. I chose the room on the top floor which had a good sea view, which was very nice to wake up to. The hotel is in a very nice location right on the promenade and only a stone's throw away from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. To top things off, the breakfast served in the morning was excellent.

Cons: N/A

Better than expected. Can't fault the owner or his breakfast

Pros: The owner is one of the nicest people. He was friendly accommodating. We paid Β£108 for 3 of us and this included breakfast and parking. It wasn't the Ritz but we didn't pay Ritz prices. Bar prices were pre covid prices. Typical Blackpool B and B but the owner made it more than that. Would recommend

Cons: Bit noisy when other guests were coming in late

Pros: Very friendly staff. Comfy bed. Great breakfast. Location a little far from where we were going, but was the least expensive option for a place of that standard. Premier Inn wanted Β£140 for 1 night. Would highly recommend for an overnight stay. Parking available at front of the property too, which was a must.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Such great service, rang ahead to see what time we would be checking in. Car park space available, comfy room. Breakfast was unbelievable, the best breakfast I have had in a long time and the owner was so lovely and accommodating.

Great location, awesome host and the best breakfast! Friendly family feel. Thanks so much for everything!

Pros: Very accommodating host. Friendly feel, beautiful breakfasts! Thanks so much!! We will return again soon!

Cons: Could just do with some shelves or little table in main bedroom to put things on. As the kettle and cups in child’s room which I had to move into main bedroom so could use it when daughter in bed. That was all though! So nothing major!

On the whole I enjoyed my stay and would go again.

Pros: The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. The location is very good being very close to the pleasure Beach and right on the sea front.

Cons: The room was tired. It felt like it wasn't used often and the window didn't want to close properly.. This would have been OK except for the storm .. I know and appreciate the weather is beyond control but it sounded like the roof was coming off.
