I'd hily recommend it, when putt.it on scale, 4 its entertainm.

Pros: Most stuff incl.managresses+entertainments within hotel's pub

Cons: Lack of blind/curtain, or mirror, betwn 2 of hotel's rooms I was in+shower go.cool to cold every time aft.few mins&rite tap leak.in 1 of rooms+prices, rlly ...

Pros: Good room..room service everyday..heating on when it turned cold..plenty hot water..entertainment 2 nights out of 3 that I stayed..hotel seemed to be run in a relaxed easy going manner which reflected well with the clientele .

Excellent Find

Pros: Hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast good. We didn't experience evening entertainment, as was out and about

Amazing break would definitely go back staff were great room was great and hotel was very clean

Pros: Bar area was a good size. We booked a twin and had a large room with 2 double beds. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and plenty of hot water. Tram station 2 minute walk

Cons: They should do breakfast in 2 sittings. Everyone was there at 8.30 and the restaurant was packed. It took the waiter 45 mins to get to us to ask what we wanted.

Few days away with family

Pros: There was a problem with the rooms i booked at no fault of the hotel, they had received incorrect information from booking.com, they managed to sort out the problem easily. The staff were all great and made everyone feel welcome, I will definitely stay here again.

Pros: entertainment both nights was excellent hotel and food excellent

all in all a fabulous break away and would stop here again !

Pros: the location as it was quiet and the tram was only £6 a day anywhere you like , and only 2 mins walk away ! the entertainment was typical British just what we love ! everyone was friendly staff and other holiday makers , even though we were the youngest ! also a bargain !

Cons: wasn’t exactly sparkling and could do with a little update , didn’t like the plastic sheeting as it just made you sweat ! breakfast wasn’t the best but plenty of other stuff to have and the staff made up for it !
