Pros: Absolutely brilliantly hosts we stayed3 nights family plus grandchildren would highly recommend please don’t be confused with the royal hotel on the promenade the one we stayed at the royal hotel clifton drive excellent

Cons: Nothing very homely friendly dog friendly

Pros: Very friendly staff,couldn't do enough i was on my own with my 2 🐕 🐶 they even took care of my dogs when I was packing car up,the breakfast was great and the room I was in was excellent,well enough room for me and the dogs,very clean,I will definitely be back and I highly recommend anybody to stay there,it was peaceful and each nite had good nite sleep. They made my stay a nice relaxing time .

Cons: There was nothing i didn't like,they catered to my every need.

The room was spotless and the beds were comfy and smelt of laundry. Lovely couple who runs it

Pros: The best part about the property is definitely the hosts they were both fabulous from start to finish I will now only ever stay here. We was made to feel so welcome

Pros: Lovely owners couldn't ask for more even when the wife was limping around the bar due too walking for miles

Pros: Hosts was excellent, attentive, peaceful location close to beach trams pleasure beach..breakfast was beautiful, filling. Really made you feel welcomed. Quirky Hotel is too😁 informative of the area. A great few days staying here would recommend strongly as nobody arguing fighting obnoxious like some b&b we've stayed at. Parking, no problem...overall in busy blackpool, which is what you come for, after a long day,staying at this hotel gives you peace and quiet and a great nights sleep..thank you for having us will definitely stay again.

Clean comfortable and great value

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff who were prepared to do anything for us. We couldn’t have been happier

Cons: Nothing to not like really. It’s an older building so a little Drafty and a better heater in the room would be an idea but, it’s not a game changer

Pros: The family hotel was very friendly and very welcoming to us ,also they helped us with anything that was needed we would like to say thank you to all the family ,we would go again to the royal hotel

Pros: Comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Close to the pleasure beach and why we were visiting in the first place so ideal location. Mick, Clare and john were very good hosts and really good company. Grateful for allowing our dogs staying due to one of them being a handful. Will be back again in 2 weeks

Pros: Claire and Michael went out of there way to do anything for you nothing was to much trouble for them will stay there again
