Really enjoyed the weekend and would stay there anytime.

Pros: Loved the layout, the location the staff the cleanliness and the food.

Cons: Our room 35 a family room I thought was dangerous at first. You step up a large step to open the door and when opens, immediately inside was 2 large steps going down. The first time, we opened the door, the room was dark and didn’t see or expect stairs there. I walked ‘into the room’ and fell down the steps. Once we knew about this we managed ok but the door needs a warning of ‘Mind the steps on the outside so no one else is unprepared for strangely positioned steps. I would definitely stay there again. The other thing was the bar was closed at night. We came back from visiting friends but nothing was open. That was disappointing.

Pros: Lovely spacious bathroom. Nice shower too. Nice and comfy room. Breakfast was pretty good and great value for money. Lift access to floors and ready access for myself using a walking stick to get around. Parking at the front, although limited numbers.Right on the Pleasure Beach.

Cheap and cheerful stay.

Pros: The friendly reception girl / bar person / breakfast waitress. The modern bar area and nice breakfast.

Cons: Toilet roll holder missing. Price of Guiness in a can.

Pros: Staff lovely, excellent breakfast, nice bar area, the lady we met was welcoming, helpful and works really hard to make this hotel good value for money

Cons: Room very warm, could do with a few new things before the season e.g new toilet seat, sanitary bin

Great place to stay 100% recommend

Pros: Loved the location and the friendly staff upon arrival and at breakfast. Easy check in and check out and really close to the seafront and trams.

Cons: The cooked breakfast delicious but packed black pudding for me. It was a little limited in terms of healthier options
