Lovely cottage in lovely surroundings, very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants peace and qui

Pros: Very cosy, has everything that you need! Great location, loved the countryside wildlife, especially the chickens walking past the French doors every day!

Cons: Not a dislike, but struggled with the small TV! Used to a 65’ TV at home 😊

Maltkiln cottage

Pros: The cottage perfect for us, fishing good. The hosts very helpful and welcoming. We loved the farm atmosphere with the chickens and dogs and the extra treats of eggs and biscuits

Pros: Lovely setting, very well equipped beautiful cottage

Cons: The booking.com clearly stated it was a sofa bed and a double bed, there was no sofa bed, I approached the owner who advised they weren’t aware but could arrange something for later in the day, no one ever return to make the change or talk to us, very disappointed as we were there for 6 nights so one of us had a very uncomfortable sleep, I messaged booking.com, assured we would be contacted within 24hrs, we did not any further communication - very disappointed in all fronts.
