Excellent value for money

Pros: The property was excellent value for money, plenty of space for family in three bedrooms, all rooms en suite, even the sofa bed in the lounge. The owner, Lynn, was very helpful and provided all the information we needed, and answered all questions promptly. The location was brilliant.

Cons: It would have been helpful to have had a tea towel, otherwise couldn't fault it!

Brilliant stay

Pros: Great location just down from the south pier and nice and clean room dvds in the hallway to pick and watch was a nice touch

A great wee stay

Pros: Landlady was very nice. Room was fine, no complaints. Very close to train station & short walk to sea front. Good value for money

First trip to Blackpool and its beeb lovely had a lovely place to stay kids loved it

Pros: Very clean, great location, loads of rooms for everyone. Well equipped.

Cons: Very difficult to pick any fault with this place as everything has beeb brilliant but my only thing i would say is the Single beds in the room could do with a upgrade slightly thin and not as comfortable as other mattresses

Pros: How friendly and efficient the owner was, good amount of space and there was 9 of us in total, 1 adult and 3 teens, 5 kids. Everything you need was there.

Cons: There was nothing i didn't like.
