Pros: I can't fault the place in any aspect. I would recommend to anyone to stay here 👌

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Had a single room was clean everything I needed. Was just abit cold but the heating was on so not hotel fault.

Pros: Your Review The room was spot on. Very Good service mark was really helpfull and showed me around the property. My room had its own bathroom and shower. Kettle cups coffee tea and sugar in the room also tv. Sam was really helpfull real service. She was always doing work nothing was ever a problem. Will go back next time im in preston

Was suitable for my 1 night stay and I would definitely stay again

Pros: Lovely welcome and showed to my room. Nice, spacious, clean and warm room, tea and coffee facilities and clean towels, and had a tv that actually worked

Cons: Bed was quite hard and bumpy. Was woken a couple of times with loud voices/shouting on the landing outside my room, and the sound of running water from next door room, think it is a water pipe that goes down the wall in corner of my room which is right next to the bed.

Pros: The staff were so lovely on every level of the stay. I was released by the landlord from the original accommodation and they were so nice to me and offering different situations to suit my needs, even when it was very difficult over Christmas They upgraded me to a double bed room as availability was low at that time of year. I only booked a single dwelling for the time I stayed but they were so comfortable to deal with. I really enjoyed it

Pros: Was greated by the wonderful gent that I think owns it... He didn't know, but I was escaping a toxic marriage, and was on my way to india, via a next day train from Preston.... He cheered me up with his enthusiastic, engaging character and I would like to thank him personally ... Im know in kerala, setting up new plans... Never underestimate why people turn up on there own, and I'm so glad to say this owner didn't.... Wonderful, warm, quiet and comfy rooms to ... Superb
