Highly recommend this hotel- clean, friendly and reasonably priced.

Pros: Lovely, welcoming owners. The room was clean, well maintained and had everything I needed. The location is very close (5min walk) to both the town centre and sea front.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Pros: They made us feel really welcome. The bed was the most comfiest I had ever had. Location was good and breakfast was excellent. The room was really clean and comfortable.

Cons: Everything was perfect and we will go again in the future.

A very pleasant stay with a breakfast where you will be spoilt for choice.

Pros: You felt welcomed straight away. Lovely owners who engage with everyone. Location is ideal, just walk for 2 mins in one direction and you are in town or walk in the opposite direction for 2minutes and you are on the beach.

great visit to the bank holiday music festival

Pros: the Hotel is perfectly placed for town centre and beach. Their continental breakfast was okay for us, but the cooked breakfast looked great. The room was a good size, comfy and clean with en suite. st annes beach is great, with its little pier and miles of sandy beach. check out the little cinema if you fancy a movie. loads of places for lunch and lots of restaurants for dinner. check out Ashton gardens for a chilled walk.

Cons: nothing wrong here, every thing was fine
