Highly Recommend

Pros: From start to finish our 2 night stay was fabulous. A lovely, friendly welcome from Keith and Kate was a great start that only got better. Our room was larger than we expected, which was a lovely suprise, with all amenities as expected. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom roomy and spotless. The breakfast was one of the best we've had! Would highly recommend staying at The Gaydon and we will definitely be returning.

Perfect stay in a spotlessly clean home with delightful hosts

Pros: A gem of a B&B for our 3night stay. Extremely clean. Comfortable, quality super king bed, bed linen and towels( latter changed daily) Spacious bedroom and en-suite. TV, hairdryer, plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc and complimentary sherry of an evening downstairs. Beautifully cooked, delicious breakfasts with good choice. Cereals, toast, tea and good coffee, fresh fruits, yoghurts and homemade muffins. Quality crockery. Excellent location, minutes from the Esplanade. The purpose of our visit was to attend ballroom competition at Blackpool Winter Gardens. We prefer to stay in Lytham St Annes as it is such a charming little resort and only a short drive from Blackpool. Keith and Kate are the perfect hosts- such lovely, friendly people. Nothing is too much trouble to them and they ensure that their guests have the best experience. Fantastic work ethic. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

A home from home in an ideal location for beach, local facilities and a trip into Blackpool.

Pros: Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Keith and Kate were excellent hosts going the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I particularly liked the additional blankets in the room during our winter stay. Breakfast menu was extensive and nothing was too much trouble.
