Pros: Tidy place with friendly owners, it's the small things.......the butter at breakfast is spreadable 👌

Pros: Billy the owner helped me park the car behind the hotel on arrival. The room was very nice, breakfast excellent and only a short walk to the south pier to get a tram. Nothing was too much trouble as Billy was an excellent host. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic B&B in a great location.

Pros: Great B&B with a perfect location for us as it was near the pleasure beach. Was great to have the car park too so we didn't have to worry about carrying our luggage far. Billy was the perfect host. Thanks for having us, we'll definitely be back.

Pros: Location was good, tram stop 5mins away. Jimmy was a good host always there to help Leah does a great breakfast and it was good having a bar to socialise with others.

Cons: Not a dislike but the room was a bit small for 2 to move around but it was manageable for the couple of days. Thanks Jimmy and Leah.
