Great

Pros: Very good customer service and very good service alround , staff are lovely and friendly

family room

Pros: great location,clean rooms,comfy beds and freindly staff who have just taken over the hotel we will be back in the summer!

Cons: rooms do need a bit of tlc and modernising, also no breakfast available yet but the new owners said it will be available soon

A bargain break in a great location

Pros: Great value for money. Clean and well equipped room.

Cons: No complaints I would recommend this hotel for excellent value.

Pros: The staff was very welcoming and friendly and was always there to help.

Cons: The breakfast was quite basic also the notice on the back of the door was very untrue

Went above and beyond

Pros: Went above qnd beyond, providing me with an earlier breakfast so I didn't miss out with my early train

Gig night

Pros: Walking distance to the venue I was going to and to the tram stop

Cons: Breakfast was a bit basic, no bacon

Good

Pros: The hotel was warm , welcoming staff, room was clean and cosy.

Cons: Only negative was the window in the room was dirty and the net curtain was held up by 2 nails which came down a few time’s. Maybe breakfast , they could ask what you wanted instead of just bringing you fried breakfast to table

Would come again

Pros: Brilliant location Staff were very nice and pleasant

Pros: Arfon (if that's how is name is spelled) was the only reason for the scoring he was so welcoming and very perlite all the time I was there laughing and joking with use at night time also so he gets a solid 10 he is amazing doing his best running it also it looks like he does it alone ! BIG THANKS TO HIM I WOULD COME BACK JUST FOR HIS HOSPITALITY!

Cons: The room was cold the big light didn't work but there was another light that was working so that didn't really bother me! The bed toilet and shower sink was clean Above high level was the issue cobwebs all over ! Also I message the hotel beforehand to ask about milk has im lactose and I was assured there was different milks I can have but when I got there.there was none they only had 3in1 coffees so I was left with no hot drinks but I had juice Also the window would not shout properly so there was a little draft all night not good when your head is under the window at night No t.v in the lounge area no music! So at night we made ourselves entertained via the pool table or laughing and joking amongst ourselves! No fruit machines working also !!

Pros: It's was very clean and in a brilliant location
