Pros: Clean rooms, fantastic location near Winter Gardens. Tea and coffee included during stay. Cozy rooms.

Perfect little hotel

Pros: Location was perfect 2 minutes walk to the tower rooms are quite big Place is clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: The check in experience is a bit weird having to ring a London number to then wait for someone to come let you in and some noise outside but too be expected with blackpool

Good location, clean, good value for money.

Pros: very clean, had everything we needed including tea and coffee in the room. was nice and quiet at night time too so we were able to get a good night sleep. we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: This Room was massively beyond my expectations for the price paid. Clean and modern , with Towels , soap and warm drink facilities supplied all of which I'd not expected from a budget room. Great code system to get into building and room . Constant contact before my visit and arrived in moments for me to check in even a call after my stay to see how everyone had been.
