Pros: Hotel room was lovely. Smelt really clean and was clean. and bonus point was Netflix on the tv. Internet is provided in your stay. Genuinely a nice play to stay especially for the value in your money. Definitely will be going again

Affordable, clean, friendly, accommodating.

Pros: I have stayed here a couple times, always clean, great price! The owner is kind and accommodating, I won’t stay anywhere else!

Pros: Loved the location and the added bonus of netflix in the room. Also, the excellent value for what you get.

Cons: Sizing of the bathroom. But still, for the value, I can't really complain. It was still a private bathroom. Didn't use shower, so I can't comment on this.

A lovely space to spend your evening/night after visiting the centre of Blackpool. Lovely staff and amazing location

Pros: It was spotless and staff were super friendly. Absolute bargain and would definitely come again.

Cons: Be sure to reserve parking if you’re driving, there’s only so many spaces!

Pros: Great location right in the centre farah was very helpful the parking is only round the corner so not far to walk the room was great the bed was very comfy so slept well would definitely stay again loved it 😊

Everything I needed made a really bad day better

Pros: I had trouble with getting a room then come across this hotel the guy was really helpful and friendly he showed me the room first was everything I needed including you tube and netflix what do you want for 20 pound a night definitely be staying again highly recommend this hotel

Pros: The location was very grubby not tidy when travelling from scotland in very bad weather conditions on Sunday the 13th I got a text saying I will send you the front door combination and room combination I thought this was strange there was nothing said about this until I left scotland so when I arrived I went in and noticed people wandering about the looked like homeless people the place had a very bad smell of cannabis when I got in the room it was very cold so I checked the radiator which was not working the bathroom was really smelly and had not been cleaned so I did not stay there that night I went to the lyndene hotel blackpool where it was nice and warm I then called the person who runs the ardonis and told him about the heating he then said I was making it all up to avoid paying £10 for to park my car I thought this is ridiculous he then called back very abruptly

Pros: Great value for money in a fab location. The room was clean, warm and very comfortable.

Pros: Ideal location and very friendly accommodating staff able to also provide a late checkout when I asked last minute was so nice off them, very comfortable and clean rooms definitely worth the money will stay again

Cons: I couldn’t complain about the property
