Stylish City Centre Apartment with Parking

Pros: Great location, lovely and clean. Just a 2 min walk to the high street city centre but flat was in a nice quiet location. Would definitely book again!

Cons: Everything was great, only problem we had was with the shower not draining well. Otherwise 10/10

Quiet and cost stay

Pros: The flat was exactly as described! It was super warm and cosy and had everything I needed for a week long stay where I cooked everyday. It get loads of light for a loft apartment too! Highly recommend this property!

Very comfortable stay in well appopinted apartment close to city centre

Pros: Very well appointed, able to park outside, communication from host was very good, short walk town centre. Tea, coffee, milk, cereal etc was provided which was a nice touch.

Cons: nothing we were very happy

Good choice for city centre Preston

Pros: Location was excellent - both bus and train station within easy walking distance (didn't use the parking permit but it was clearly displayed on entry to the apartment). Decent amount of breakfast goodies supplied by the host. Oven and microwave, telly and internet all worked fine for me. Heating was good also.

Cons: Nothing really to dislike albeit if you are tall rememeber you may be booking the loft apartment with its sloping ceiling!

A fantastic stay on a Friday night

Pros: Absolutely fantastic find, close to Winckley Square and a five minute walk (or less when it's not icy outside!) into the city centre. The apartment was warm, clean, had everything you could need. Nice little touches like milk in the fridge, cereals if you wanted and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the bathroom. Communications from Andrew were excellent, thank you. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend anyone to stay here :)

Pros: Better than a hotel, good price, easy to find. Andrew the host gave excellent instructions for getting in etc. Definitely will use again if available

Pros: We liked stylish and cosy interior. The location was very convinient for us and super close to city centre. The apartment was very clean and offered free of charge, off street parking.

Cons: We liked everything so it's difficult to comment on what we did not like
