FLATZY - Victoria Street Apartment - Heart of City Centre

Great apartment and look forward to visiting again in the new year.

Pros: The key pad to gain access to the property was problematic at times, which was very frustrating. Please get a new one. The only thing I would say that it should of stated three flights of stairs, as I was recovering from a major operation it was a long track to get to the flat. But I managed it.

Cons: The property was well decorated and the little touches of items in the kitchen was great too.

Great place in the heart of Liverpoool

Pros: The best of all was the location. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and cosy. We had everything we needed.

Cons: Some parts in the bathroom were broken. The flush in the toilet didn't work (on the 2nd floor)

Pros: Brilliant location right in the city centre of Liverpool so no need to get taxi’s anywhere. Rooms were good size we had a group of 7 of us and this was very comfortable to have in this space.

Pros: Excellent location, great communication from hosts, nice welcoming touches :)

Very enjoyable, central and reasonably priced.

Pros: Location good. Lots of steps for four pensioners but nobody died.

We were all very happy and loved Liverpool and our comfortable stay at 9 Flatzy. Obviously the poor state of the stairs

Pros: Very conveniently located. Clean and comfortable. Nicely furnished and decorated.

Cons: Couple minor points. Blinds on lower floor bedroom didn’t work and inaccessible. Only 3 nice tea mugs. Dish soap and.bathroom soap pumps empty. No anti slip mats provided for bath and en suite shower.

if you are wanting to be near Mathew street this is a perfect spot

Pros: location excellent and having stayed in this area of Liverpool before I was expecting street noise but there wasn’t any. flat has all the amenities needed and is a great size

Cons: communal areas a bit tired but nothing else

Pros: شقة واسعة وسرعة استجابة من الطاقم ومجهزة بجميع الادوات الضرورية للمطبخ والتنظيف وقريبة من السنتر .لقد اعجبتني كثيرا ،لكن فقط يجب التنبيه ان ليس بها لفت فاذا كان لديك كبار السن او ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ،اطلب شقة سفلية وليس بالطابق الثالث .

Cons: 1.ليس بها لفت وكانت معي ابنة معاقة تعبت لحد ماووصلت للطابق الثالث . 2.الشقة تطلب ايداع 300 باوند قبل السكن ويتم استرجاعه بعد 10 أيام . ماعدا ذلك هي جدا جميلة ومريحة وتفتح النفس .
