Pros: Spacious and clean perfect for a stay and only across the road from Liverpool main centre.

Pros: Excellent location, everything perfect. I’d def stay here again no problem.

Weekend Stay

Pros: Amazing location, direct response and fast emails between adam about early check in, amazing and clean apartment, would 100% go again. There were 6 of us and all.slept well, beds were comfy.

Pros: Fijne kamers, met prima bedden en schoon beddengoed.

Cons: In de woonkamer werkte de verwarming niet, dus erg koud.

Centrally located top floor apartment fit our needs.

Pros: The location was central, and you can get to Matthew Street in 2 Mins and just about anywhere quickly by walking or taking the Moorfield station. Liverpool is awesome, the nightlife is great, and the Friday and Saturday night patrons like to party in the great city. Facility had a washer and dryer and provided laundry soap, a really nice touch. Lots of beds, there were only 3 of us, so we each used a separate bedroom, but a place could accommodate more. The kitchen was clean and organized and had plenty of glasses, cups, plates, etc. Lots of towels. Downstairs bedroom.had a nice set of draws to place filled clothes when unpacking. There was an iron, which was super.

Cons: The apartment was located above some busy bars that were loud and stayed loud till 4am. Even with windows closed, it was a little noisy. An investment in double glazing should be considered. The apartment had a little bit of a smell, not awful, but not fresh. The common areas need some TLC, hallway and stairways from downstairs to the apartment are awful, a couple.grand on some fresh paint, getting rid of that horrendous stained carpet on the stairwell would make a huge difference on our 1st impression. I understand this is a shared space and may not be the apartment owners responsibility, but come on, have a word with the building's owner. I only used downstairs bedroom. Instead of the chair in that little alcove, I suggest you put some cloth hanging space, I had to use the hooks by front door to hang my suit and dress shirts. A hairdryer would have been useful. It should be noted in your apartments listing that this is a 3rd floor apartment, and there's no lift.

Convenient location, clean apartment, perfect for our trip to Anfield and Liverpool.

Pros: This location was great. It was an easy walk from the Lime St station, and also an easy walk for us to visit the river and docks and museums. We enjoyed having the living area and kitchen for together time, and separate bedrooms at night. Easy bus service out to Anfield for the football match.

Cons: The one bathroom was fine for us as two guys traveling. Apartment has many more beds, so know it's one bathroom if traveling with many guests.
