Quiet, very close to the city center, really beautiful and aesthetic according to my taste at least.

Pros: The location, the room and it amenities, the view from our window.

Good location and friendly staff

Pros: The property was in a good location. Nice reception area and friendly staff.

Cons: The lighting in the rooms was very bad. We almost needed a torch to see. We didn’t like the bathroom set up at all with the wash basin being outside the bathroom and to put the light on for the bathroom during the night lit up the whole bedroom. Also the door to the toilet and shower was really heavy and hard to close. Because of these problems we would not stay again even though the rest of the hotel was fine.

Ideal location and venue for a short city break!

Pros: Central yet quiet (thank you for the request of a quiet room being upheld) and situated in a wonderful old, grand building.

Cons: Just one thing - though the room had clearly been laundered the bin had not been emptied nor was the water container on the coffee machine clean. However when this was mentioned they did everything in their power to make amends. Fair enough.

Pros: After booking a room for my son I called for a few pointers, the man that answered reassured me and told me he'd be working and would greet them personally which he did As a parent that means so much so thankyou overall fantastic experience for them after visiting all the beatles attractions and also reassuring for me i would 100% recommend this place.

Great location

Pros: Good deals in the bar. had a pool table in the lounge which was good entertainment along with games too. The location was unreal, everything was a walking distance.

Cons: The rooms were cold, the fan was only blowing cold air. it was raining all day and to come back to the hotel and being wet the last thing you would want is a cold room and that’s what we had.
