Pros: Location, easy to get to, modern, lady at desk helpful with heating issue

Cons: Man at front desk on arrival didnt seem interested and was quite abrupt whilst speaking when asked regarding room time would be ready

Fabulous hotel in a great location with friendly efficient staff and great breakfast

Pros: Great location near the waterfront but easy walking into the city centre and Liverpool One . Lovely clean modern bedrooms with robes , water , fridge ( with soda and milk) , tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits and even a bag of crisps . Staff were excellent particularly Ryan who was outstanding at breakfast - friendly , professional and very efficient

Cons: Air conditioning in the room . Couldn’t seem to warm up the room !

Great central location with bright, modern decor

Pros: Excellent central location, 15 minutes walk from Lime Street station, 10 from Liverpool One. Nice bar area which stayed open late. Bright, modern decor.

Cons: Nothing really. The ‘large double’ bed was a little cosy. Breakfast was reasonable but not exceptional.

A perfectly located , comfortable and welcoming hotel.

Pros: A modern well presented property with attention to detail. Good quality toiletries, thick fluffy towels, robes, slippers, well stocked tea tray and mini bar. The staff were very attentive and bent over backwards to help us at every turn. It was our ruby wedding so our room was upgraded we had free drinks at the bar and a lovely message on the mirror.
