Very comfortable stay in a great location.

Pros: The location was excellent - the rooms were comfortable albeit a little dark for me. The bed was fine and I slept well. The breakfast options were excellent, anything you wanted was availablee.

Cons: I found the whole ambiance too dark but I believe that this is the theme of the hotel chain. Its an observation not a complaint and wont deter me from staying again

Fantastic stay, cannot wait to return in the near future

Pros: Perfectly situated for visiting Liverpool, comfortable bed and room with excellent facilities, including dressing robe and slippers. Excellent staff

Cons: Sadly we experienced some building work right outside our room door which was noisy but the manager responded immediately which we very much appreciated

There’s only one choice “The Malmaison”

Pros: This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel and we can’t fault anything. The location is idea, you can get to the city centre within 10 mins walk. It’s near the liver building and the ferry, also the walk along the front is lovely. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is 5 star and a good variety of food. The staff are amazing very friendly, polite and couldn’t do enough for you. Look forward to our next stay.

Great room, poor experience at breakfast

Pros: Great room. Good location and staff were very good.

Cons: Breakfast took a very long time. Orders mixed up and we ended up missing our train back. Was OK once it arrived but I think more organisation is needed in the dining room. I would definitely stay again but would go out for breakfast. (moose Coffee is very close)

Exactly what was needed, great place to stay with great staff, great interior space and facilities and good breakfast fo

Pros: Fab inside decor and nice big open spaces. Bedroom was spacious with big bed and nice bathroom facilities.

Cons: We were on the side next to a busy road so it was quite noisy consistently through the night. Nothing that the hotel can change but just learning for me next time i will seek to request a room not parallel to a road
