All facilities were excellent and the staff very helpful.

Pros: The rooms were very clean. The bed was very big and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons: There was no food options late at night or vending machine.

Still enjoyed the hotel and location and facilities

A perfect hotel for your city break.

Pros: Excellent room - made so much better by a complimentary upgrade! So spacious and super comfortable. Good breakfast offer - all you’d expect from a traditional cooked English breakfast, a great selection of cheeses and meats and a variety of pastries, etc, to suit all your breakfast needs! Great location, overlooking the river, close to the Liver Building, Albert Dock, a plethora of bars and restaurants and the shopping centre. Staff were really polite and helpful both on checking in and checking out.

Lovely relaxing stay, would book again

Pros: Nice hotel, we were in the 9th floor and the views were great plus it was so quiet! They were having some refurbishing done so during the day there was a little bit of noise from the work but we only noticed when we nipped back to the hotel during the day. No loud clattering service trolley noise first thing in the morning to wake you up.

Perfect for Hill Dickinson and good rates available. Great breakfast.

Pros: Booked here for the football at Hill Dickinson, perfect location, car park 50 yards away so no issue, hotel itself very good with great breakfast. Got it a a decent price as well, so hard to fault.

Pros: First and foremost the staff. Attentive without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble. Ian on reception was very helpful. The ladies in the White Bar were really nice and friendly too
