The staff were very friendly, would like to thank Katy and Tenisha . Who both were excellent.

Pros: We only had breakfast in the first morning of our stay . My husband had the full breakfast and I had the continental. The full breakfast I thought was a little expensive .

Cons: Can’t say that there was anything wrong with our stay . It was our 39th wedding anniversary and it was just the break away we needed. Maybe it needed a bit for a freshen up . 1st 2 nights we were on the 8th floor , it looked a little bit dated. 2nd 2 nights we we on the 10th floor - it was better it had obviously had a bit of a makeover.

perfect location, with spacious and comfortable room

Pros: I didn't use the restaurant or bar area do to time restraints . i can only comment on the room, which was both comfortable and spacious for my needs. Parking was offsite, but still belonging to the hotel and only a short walk, with space was not being an issue.

Perfect choice for a long weekend.

Pros: Location, breakfast, cleannes and the amazing view.

Cons: To small rooms and bathrooms, less space in the cabinet.

Cons: Not much - 1 of the lifts was out of action which was mildly inconvenient. Coffee at breakfast was a bit bitter.

Pros: Great location close to Matthew Street and all the other pubs all in walking distance no need for taxis.

Cons: Got there early 12pm asked if we wanted to check in as the room was ready..we said yes he then said its £30 as £10 per hour so we declined, there was also £5 charge to leave our bags there...most hotels dont charge for this service.

Pros: Room was a very good size with a lovely view. The staff was really nice and helpful including the bar staff.

Cons: The TV was very slow to respond and you had to turn it up to hear it properly or else you could hear the TV from the other hotel room. Every time you cat on the toilet if felt and sounded like it was going to rip off the wall. The breakfast started off good but I found the scramble eggs very rubbery and there was a difference in the sausages ie what kind they was for example one day we had standard pork and another day we had Cumberland

Nice hotel in Liverpool but the hotel is looking a bit tired

Cons: Stains on the carpet. Building is looking tired and shabby. Terrible smell on floor 7.

A most enjoyable stay. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Cons: Food items replaced more promptly but busy staff were doing their best
