Great option for a short city break.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Walking distance to city centre and very close to Royal Albert docks.

Cons: Had to pay 5£ to leave luggage at reception before check-in.

Pros: The staff were pleasant and I was greeted with a smile. The room was a good size with a nice view onto the Mersey.

Enjoyed and looking forward to a return visit

Pros: Very accommodating for a disabled member of the guests

Pros: Wow! Staff were fantastic! Our stay was between 02/12/25 and 04/12/25. Myself, my pregnant partner and our dog. I proposed to my partner on the 3rd and the staff were so helpful. A special thanks to Becky, Charlotte and Katie

It was my first time in Liverpool and we had a really lovely stay

Pros: The location was great, right opposite the river walking distance to everything couldn't ask for better at the price we paid ,very good value, and the lovely gentleman on reception couldn't be more helpful, was very happy with everthing and will certainly go back to the hotel, in the summer thank you.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, but there was everthing else, a kettle, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, and safe, and plenty of tea and coffee, couldn't fault it.

Great hotel

Pros: Comfy bed, clean room, can take your dog! Staff friendly and helpful has a bar and restaurant will stay here again

Cons: Poor sinage couldn't find the hotel walked past it phoned the hotel and staff came out onto the street, theyvare waiting for new sign to arrive.

Little Getaway.

Pros: The view of the Liver Builing was spectacular. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower was heavenly.

Cons: Nothing.

Simply, have found a location which we will certainly use again.

Pros: Location really good, close to all we wanted Staff welcoming and helped with parking arrangements Breakfast excellent and set us up for our day Room excellent, all facilities clean and worked! Evening bar staff helpful

Cons: We were hot in our room during the night and could not turn the heating fan system off.

Pros: Room were spacious and very clean, staff friendly very helpful

Pros: Everything was great room better than expected view was a 11/10 verry good value food was excellent location was great nice bathrooms / bath had a verry nice time

Cons: One issue was the heating didn't work in the bedroom and the one in the lounge took verry long to kick in and the room was a bit cold for a while outher than thet perfect all around
