Pros: The location is fantastic Excellent price Friendly staff Excellent food and drinks Really great value for money

Cons: We have stayed in room 5 both visits, noticed there was a lot of black mould in the shower on this stay The tv was not connected to WiFi on arrival, when we went back to our room late in the evening we had to connect it to the free WiFi which kept dropping out of service while watching tv.

Fantastic price, location and service. Very friendly staff too.

Pros: For the price the location and facilities are excellent for a budget stay. We staying over to watch Everton play and it’s a near as you could reasonably expect to be. Nice easy 20 min walk. We used the on downstairs and the prices and food were great.

Cons: We literally had the best time. No negative things to say.

The best stay ever!!

Pros: The room was lovely and so spacious (family room) and clean. The staff were lovely and added balloons for a birthday.

Cons: it did get quite cold on a night, however there was a heater in the room so we didn’t mind at all!!

Cons: Unfortunately our room overlooked the back where the bins where and these were emptied at 5.30am, and noise from the back continued until about 7am

Pros: The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly when we checked in and when we told them we didn't have a TV remote they located one for us and it was in our bedroom when we returned from our afternoon out. Great customer service!
