Great hotel in a great location, Friendly staff and sky sports on TV for free

Pros: Great location, good sized modern room and sky sports as standard in rooms (I haven't seen this in any hotel - even 4 or 5 star since the 1990-/2000's!!). Accommodated my request for a high room away from lifts and roads perfectly.

Cons: Bed as a little too firm and pillows too soft and some were feather which I am allergic too (again highly unusual to see in most hotels these days). AC Heating quite noisy. Bathrooms are quite cool and a good use of space but the vinyl \
