Fantastic location, wonderful staff, great price. Will definitely stay again:)
Pros: The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was large with comfy beds and en suite facilities. The hotel is in a perfect location for the train station, thetre and city centre.
Cons: The location was a bit noisy late at night ( outside) BUT that is to be expected due to the hotel's location. I'll just pack some earbuds next time :)

Great value, warm welcome
Pros: Really near the theatre and cheap parking. A warm welcome and a VERY comfortable bed. Warm and clean.
Cons: A little bit of TLC needed around decor. Noisy on the Lime Street Station side of the hotel as you can hear the train announcements.

Worth for money.
Pros: Excellent location. Helpful & friendly staff. Clean & tidy.
Cons: The drainage inside the shower area is not working properly. It takes quite a long time for water to fully drain away, so we have to take a very quick shower to avoid water flowing out.

Pros: The location is excellent, right next to the railway station, close to the city centre, and safe for a woman travelling alone. It was very easy to find the hotel. The room was clean and spacious for one person, all my things fit comfortably, and I felt relaxed staying there. The heater worked well, and the window could be opened, so it was both warm and fresh. The bathroom was clean and had everything I needed, with plenty of towels. Overall, the value for money was outstanding. The staff were friendly and in great spirits, thank you to them for the good mood and great work!
Cons: A few details that donβt depend on the hotel itself but are more about the city: a couple of times late in the evening I came across homeless people asking for money, and when I declined, they reacted by shouting and then walking away. Just be cautious if youβre travelling alone and try to avoid such encounters.

Cons: The bed was slightly squeaky and not enough milk for coffee for 2 days
