Great location and a lovely “slightly different” property in a marina

Pros: Brilliant location overlooking marina. Great canal walks. Excellent location for both the Lakes and the Coast. Very well presented, clean and well equipped

Lovely property & super location

Pros: We loved the location overlooking the marina & close to the hotel/pub/restaurant. (4 mins walk). The property was clean, had all facilities for a restful break & we appreciated the downstairs loo as well as an en-suite & main bathroom. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend it & would be happy to visit again in the future. We were lucky with the weather & the reflection of the sunset over the marina was delightful.

Cons: Instructions for the tv etc. would have been helpful, but not really an issue.

Been here several times before and doesn't disappoint.

Pros: Easy Parking Very clean property Quiet location All necessary appliances available Comfortable outdoor chairs

Cons: Plumbing needs attention re: Sink, shower tray and toilet drainage in en-suite. Very slow.

Pros: Location and layout were superb. The property was clean and comfortable and well equipped.

A Fabulous break in a great location

Pros: The house was situated around a marina, very pretty & relaxing. The property was like home from home The owners had provided & thought of everything. I was most certainly impressed. Would recommend & hoping to return again. Thank you

Great property for a short break.

Pros: Great location for North Lancashire / South Lakes. Longlands Hotel restaurant / bar 2 minutes walk away was excellent. Property was comfortable and well presented, with good beds and showers.

Cons: Blackout curtains are needed in the bedrooms. Quite noisy in the main bedroom, as you can hear M6 traffic.
