Perfect play to stay, would recommend to anyone

Pros: You get more than your monies worth with this place, you can tell everything has been though about. Fantastic stay!

Cons: No Cheese grater but I’m being picky! Otherwise perfect! Would recommend to anyone :)

Pros: Weve stayed at Richmond Row on 4 occassions and we love the place and location. However there was a lot of rubbish left around by other guests. Dimps and cigarete pkts and obviously just thrown out the windows to the grounds below. Food cartons just left in the entrance way. It would be such a shame if a few scruffy guests ruined the experience for others as its a great place to stay and very convenient for everything.

Cons: Needs a sign at the entrance pointing out location of bins and maybe someone checking the rubbish situation.

It was really good value for money, nice, clean and new :)

Pros: Nice clean and new facilities, two en-suite bathrooms, good tvs.

Cons: There was no hair dryer and also there was no information as to what tea, coffee type stuff was available, which would have helped to know in advance.

Pros: Good space and facilities. Dishwasher and washing machine with dryer or airer

Cons: No on-site parking but street parking seemed to work

Exceptional property and stay!

Pros: Last minute booking! The property is just beautiful the interior design is just great. Modern, clean and done really well. The bedrooms, bathrooms and and kitchen is exceptional! Bed is sooooo comfortable!! Location is really great, a short walk to town! Check in was easy and everything clearly explained. I will be coming back:-)

Cons: There was no internet connection when I arrived. When contacting the person in charge I was told that it was reported and they were waiting for someone to respond. I never heard anything again. It was a short stay so I was happy to use my mobile. However, on a longer stay I would of struggled as I was working and needed the Wi-Fi. Further updates would of been helpful. Communual areas out side the property need a bit of attention as looked up kept. A vacuum would do it and a mop for the lift!

Fantastic stay!

Pros: Good location to walk into Liverpool, Sainsbury's nearby as well and some other shops. Reasonably priced, lovely interiors. Spacious. Both rooms had ensuite bathrooms, and televisions in every room. Storage was good, and we were able to work remotely from the apartment as well. Host was very responsive to questions and our needs. Facilities were great and all working.

Cons: Beds were a bit small for two adults, but still fine.

Pros: It's the 2nd time I've stayed at Richmond Row. Location was good not far to walk into the centre. 2 beds 2 bathrooms . Only down needs a fan in the warm weather and instructions on where to put the rubbish bags out

Perfect apartment for a short stay

Pros: Great flat with plenty of space. Location was great, a 15 minute walk to the Liverpool Empire Theatre. The washing machine wasn’t working upon arrival but was replaced within a few days quickly by the maintenance team!

Cons: The bedroom doors didn’t quite close as one was too big for the frame and couldn’t fully close and the other was too small and didn’t stay closed.

Close to city centre and event location. Area was a bit rundown but apartment was lovely.

Pros: Beautiful spacious apartment with all mod cons. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were really comfy.

Cons: No air con. Place was extremely warm. Upright fans in both bedrooms but we were out for the evening and heat was very uncomfortable when we returned. Could use milk and water to go with tea/coffee as no shops nearby.
