Lovely hospitality

Pros: Fabulous location and lovely place and staff but I do think the single mattresses pushed together to make the double need replacing as they are different levels. Otherwise would choose here again

Excellent Southport guesthouse.

Pros: Josie made us very welcome on arrival and although we arrived early we were able to leave our car in the car park. Very comfortable room and bed. Excellent choice for breakfast. Great location for a walk into town or the seafront.

Ideal short stay for what we needed

Pros: Proprietor was very helpful and polite. We liked her. Freshly cooked breakfast was excellent too.

Cons: Southport itself looking very rundown with one out of two shops shut down now looking more like Blackpool great hotel with a poor promenade.
