Fantastic

Pros: The breakfast was outstanding.table set lovely every morning Richard and Valentina went above and beyond fantastic hosts .hot water bottles put in bed every night fantastic. Could not fault anything.in the guest house 10/10. That's the only place I would stop when visiting southport again. Thankyou to the hosts.x

What an absolute gem, run by truly wonderful hosts.

Pros: The hosts Richard and Valentina are absolutely wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are so welcoming and friendly. Richard has great local knowledge. The house really is a home from home with some amazing little personal touches. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and furnished, very comfortable and spotlessly clean, as indeed is the whole house. Breakfast is wonderful, with a wide choice of hot and cold. I really cannot rate the Norwood high enough. If I could give more than ten I would. This was our first stay, but we will definitely be returning. It’s not a case of if, but more a case of when. Absolute gem.

Cons: There is nothing you could possibly not like - the place is perfection personified.

Very comfortable room, wonderful breakfast and welcoming and attentive hosts.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable room with plenty of space to sit and relax. Excellent breakfast. Welcoming hosts. Lots of thoughtful touches- including books, extra blankets, a great selection of teas and coffees in the room. Location is very convenient for minutes away on foot from both the shops and restaurants on Lord Street and from the seafront. Lovely breakfasts with plenty of choice, including lots of fresh fruit and delicious porridge when we stayed.

Cons: We loved the attention to detail which included (hotel style) housekeeping twice a day. Not an issue for us and we were very impressed by the high standards generally but it might be helpful if it was highlighted in the description of the Norwood as some guests might be uncomfortable with their room being accessed while they were out.

Weekend away

Pros: The Hosts were friendly. Kind two beautiful people The accommodation was clean warm lovely spacious room with ensuite just fantastic all round . Definitely come back again

Great quality accommodation in the heart of Southport

Pros: Great location to explore Southport. Very comfortable accommodation with great breakfast.

Pros: Richard and Valentina brilliant hosts. Care of their guests the best we have ever experienced in a B&B Guest house. Nothing too much for them. If we go to Southport again this property will be our first choice.

Cons: Nothing not to like at all.

Pros: Richard and Valentina are wonderful warm friendly welcoming people. My Sister and I have just returned from a two night stay with them and had a lovely time. The house is kept beautifully clean and Valentina has an excellent eye for design. The room was bright clean and had a relaxing feel. Everything is spotless. Breakfast was amazing one of the best we have had and Richard is a master when it comes to poached eggs!! We would definitely recommend a stay here and are looking forward to returning.

Cons: We did not have anything negative to say I would not have changed a thing
