Very warm welcome

Pros: Loved everything, the very warm welcome from Cleo and Leigh, lovely rooms with fridge, fresh milk, chocolate biscuits, and a fan. Fabulous breakfast, perfect eggs, fresh fruit and extra choices, too. Exceptionally clean. Great location, quiet and just a short walk to the centre.

Pros: We have just got back after a wonderful stay at the 'Bay Tree House'. We had lovely hosts, a very comfortable well equipped room, and a brilliant breakfast to start the day off. All at a great price & good value.

Pros: They were very accommodating we'd gone there to visit Crosby beach and also to do park run there as well, they offered us an early breakfast 7am which was porridge with a touch of whiskey which was very nice. We had the full English the following morning which is highly recommended. Lovely chatty Couple. Spotlessly clean room with a large comfy bed. They Recommended a Very good restaurant.

Wonderful, relaxing break in a friendly, comfortable setting.

Pros: Lovely, clean and very comfortable bedroom. Fab shower with really nice toiletries. Amazing breakfast, between us we had the full English, haddock, spinach and poached eggs, and the fantastic porridge with whiskey and honey - all were excellent. Cleo and Leigh were great hosts - friendly, welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back.

It’s worth staying here, even if it’s just to have the breakfast!

Pros: The property is very well presented. It is decorated tastefully and maintained to a high standard. There were lots of thoughtful little touches, for example the cups for tea and coffee were not just standard white mugs, they were big tea cups. There was a selection of different teas and coffees along with some biscuits and bottles of water. Fresh milk was also supplied, along with a small mini bar (extra charge for the mini bar) The bed was comfortable and the hotel and surrounding area was lovely and quiet! The breakfast was exceptional! It has to be hands down, THE best breakfast we have ever had in a B&B or hotel.
