Great location, clean and comfy. We’d love to come back

Pros: *Location was perfect. *Beds comfy *No personal nik naks *Smart tvs *Comfy sofas *Hard wood floors downstairs much more hygienic and easy to clean

Cons: *Stools in kitchen were unmanageable. Tried them once and after 2 mins of discomfort we had to stand and eat. *Coffee table legs dropping off General bit of maintenance req. *Very cold on arrival and took 2 full days to warm it through. *missing teapot, cafetière or coffee maker.

Pros: The location was brilliant,the house was probably fantastic when first modernise but it now lacks TLC. Fabulous kitchen and bathroom.

Lovely welcoming homely warm stay with everything in walking distance and in a.well equipped house

Pros: Location superb Bedding super comfy spotlessly clean towels very clean . Tv in master room Kitchen well equipped Heating more than adequate very warm in all rooms back garden great for dog and for grandaughter to run some energy off Easy to get to good instructions from owner and would definatly revisit Very homely Very welcoming Very warm and inviting

Cons: Some areas in need of deep clean Stair gates not very secure but easily fixed

Value for money

Pros: Very clean and modern with a lovely garden for the dog, near shops and Trams and very easy to access most areas from here, comfy beds and everything we needed
