Very comfortable, with good access to all amenities.Heating controlled to your personal preference.

Pros: Excellent location for the trams and town centre and seafront.

Cons: Slight aroma of dogs presence in the living area, noticeable as we aren't dog owners. Using the available air fresheners we improved the situation.

Family friendly house in ideal beach location

Pros: Beautiful property, the kitchen was amazing. Was very well equipped, clean and cosy. We love the outdoor space. It was within walking distance of the beach, cinema and convenience store. The supermarket was a very short drive away. We got the tram into Blackpool to go to the circus, was really easy as the tram stop was at the top of the road. The beach was great for kids, sandy and beach art to explore.Was such a lovely break. The kids have already asked when we can go back.

Cons: Tiny thing was the main bed was a little hard for me but that was the only thing in such a perfect stay.

2nd stay at Ryden Avenue

Pros: Amazing location and a very comfortable place to stay. Very clean on the whole with lovely comfy beds and white fluffy towels. Since our last stay there is more crockery and cutlery which meant the dishwasher didn't have to go on every night so that was much appreciated. The owner is very accommodating if you need to contact her directly. We love Ryden Avenue and are already planning our 3rd visit.

Cons: Whilst generally very clean the sitting room carpet wasn't particularly clean. Either it hadn't been hoovered or it just hadn't picked up the dog hairs (I have 2 dogs of my own so am normally covered in dog hair so I don't mind but others might). A light in the garden for letting the dogs out in the dark would be helpful.

Pros: Location was excellent. Tram stop at the end of the road and an easy walk into the high street in Cleveleys. The house was clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: Sofa's were a little uncomfortable as were some of the beds. This is just a matter of preference though really and wouldn't put us off staying again.
