Pros: Lovely house very centrally located, walking distance to everything. Very handy parking. Very comfortable set-up. Only stayed one night, wish it was longer.

Cons: Key is a bit fiddly to lock the sliding door

Excellent accommodation, well located, clean and comfortable

Pros: Location great and not too far from centre of town, the house was lovely clean and well equipped for our short stay, would definitely return again

Cons: Only negative was we could have done with a mirror in each of the smaller bedrooms, apart from that it was great

Excellent stay with very thoughtful owners.

Pros: Very nice house with everything necessary for a comfortable weekend. We would definitely like to return.

Cons: It was good to have parking that close to the city centre but it was difficult to access without disturbing the neighbours. Hopefully they weren’t in.

Pros: Fab location for the theatre - bonus that there is parking

Cons: Would have been a nice touch if there was some milk to go with the tea and coffee - after a long journey a brew would have been very welcome

Home from home in the heart of Lancaster. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Excellent location, well equipped and well presented property. Lovely and warm. Super comfy bed. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Very enjoyable and would book again

Pros: Very spacious and well appointed. Very close to the centre of Lancaster and able to park three cars - two in allocated bays and one very close by. Beds very comfortable and a good shower.

Cons: Could do with a coat rack to hang up wet coats and a few dishwasher tablets would be handy to use the dishwasher.
