Excellent, comfortable, clean and cosy.

Pros: Excellent location, few minutes from centre yet very quiet. Lovely home, decorated beautifully, everything you need and more. Extremely clean and warm. Great beds, cosy and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing!

Absolutely perfect - would usually stay in a hotel, but this was far better!

Pros: What an absolutely lovely property with great hosts - whilst we never met in person, the communication from them was great right from the point we booked the property. This really is a hidden gem - we only stayed for one night, but the property is immaculate with lovely comfy beds, it was really warm and homely and there were some great touches to make you feel welcome.

Pros: Gorgeous property with everything thought of. Lovely decor and bedding/towels. Thoughtful treats and water/milk left for our arrival. Good communication from John and Andrea. Parking permit deposit taken/refunded as planned. 5 minute walk into the city- great location. Would recommend.

Great place to stay

Pros: Lovely little house, but with plenty of space for the family. Very welcoming and attentive hosts, everything we needed, close to city centre. A comfy warm homely stay away from home.

Pros: This is a lovely house in a perfect location, within easy reach of the station and Lancaster city centre but also quiet. It is extremely well equipped and we appreciated the welcome basket. There was plenty of space and the beds and lounge were very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was prompt and very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay and would love to return.
