A fabulous spot for seeing Lancaster, convenient, comfortable, charming

Pros: The property was clean and cheerful Brilliantly located Comfortable, the teen esp enjoyed the fluffy blankets on the sofas Well appointed, nice towels and bed linen and crockery etc Loved the really generous package of tea, bread, fruit bowl, butter, jam, biscuits etc

Cons: Mattress was a bit too squashy for us The parking to the rear was very full, we had to try and park on nearby restricted street and move the car a few times, not too inconvenient for us

Lancaster visit

Pros: Lots of space and really close to the city centre. Lovely touch to have bread and jam for a quick breakfast.

Cons: Parking rules were a bit tricky to work out but not the fault of the accommodation.

Overall it was a good stay!

Pros: It was clean, well stocked, great location! The little extras were really nice; bread jams oil teabags coffee toiletries toilet roll fruit butter

Cons: Mattresses need replacing, taps are all loose, shower was either burning hot or very cold. Toilet seat loose.

Excellent. Perfect for a short weekend stay or if staying for a week away with work.

Pros: Clean, convenient, has everything you need for a weekend away. Close enough to centre to walk or taxi, has equipped kitchen to make meals and the extra touches in the bathroom, and bread on arrival were great.

Cons: Parking is available behind the property in the alley however it was full of work vans etc so was tricky to find a spot and also get out. But that I would say is the only thing. If they could provide a permit for the front that would make all the difference. Or add on to pay for that.

Great location for Lancaster

Pros: So close to walk to town. Excellent communication by our host. Tea, coffee, bread, jam, milk - all we needed to start our break. Instructions on how to get the central heating on when the temperature dipped. Big fluffy towels. Comfortable beds. Perfect!

Pros: Lovely property, very clean and comfortable house, and the hosts left bread, jams, tea, coffee and milk and biscuits for my arrival too! Ive had a lovely weekend stay visiting my cousin who lives in Lancaster, and will definitely rent this property again , I highly recommend :)

Excellent Host

Pros: The property is within the city centre, only a few minutes walk to the centre. The property is very clean . The host was very quick to reply for our request for an early check in . On our first night on the property the hot water was not working but after messaging the host , it was sorted with in 10 minutes . Service is excellent . The host was very kind to provide coffee tea and milk , bread butter and jam also fruits. I will definitely book again when visiting Lancaster .

Charming Riverside Retreat with Excellent Location – Just a Few Tweaks Away From Perfection

Pros: I really liked the riverside location, just a short walk into the centre of Lancaster but still peaceful and quiet. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had thoughtful touches like fresh bread, fruit, and toiletries. The hosts were friendly and responsive, which made the whole stay easy and welcoming.
