Miller's Cottage in Lancaster

Prefect Location

Pros: Lovely home. Perfect location to the city centre just a 10 mins walk. Kitchen had everything practical to stay for a few days.

Amazing cottage

Pros: This cottage is amazing very clean and everything we needed for a cosy weekend away. Very warm

Cons: Nothing it is perfect. Very good value

Pros: Lcation good, walking distance to town and easy parking. Had a nice weekend stay.

Lancaster Gig stay

Pros: This cottage is fantastic and in a great location to visit Lancaster. Unfortunately we didn't get out much as the weather was horrendous but we did attend our gigs easily from the house. Everything is there the kitchen has it all so just take ya food and you're sorted !!

Cons: Unfortunately the bathroom has been having work done to improve it but the new lights once the steam hit them tripped the electrics and the power went off!! With the fuse box in the cellar this took some locating and some getting back on before it worked again!! I have reported it to the host so hopefully it's fixed soon as I'd hate to be a lone traveller wet and having to go into that cellar!! Apart from that it's a fantastic house!!

Pros: Lovely cottage close to all amenities and great transport links. Not too far from Lancaster centre and the Lovely canal. Spent 2 nights with my little dog both very comfortable and cosy Will definitely book this cottage again in the future. Home from home Lovely weekend ..

Pros: Close to city centre. Spacious for one bed accommodation. Facilities excellent . Comfortable and clean.

Cons: No curtains to front room window ( direct onto street- felt a bit uncomfortable at night)

Lovely place to stay

Pros: Everything really, its a lovely terraced house which has everything I needed and more besides. It has been tastefully put together, comfortable without clutter and above all clean. There are a few steps into rooms and the main staircase is steep, this didnt bother me but might be a point worth noting for less able bodied guests. I had all the information I needed and had a very relaxing stay during my weekend competitions with my dogs.

Cons: I always get confused with smart t.vs, no idea how they work, this one was no exception lol. There was no curtain at the large front window which would have offered a little more privacy though I think this is temporary as there was evidence of where a curtain pole would have been.

Pros: Very good position for town, bus and train station also supermarket.

Cosy, comfortable cottage central to Lancaster - great value stay!

Pros: The stone cottage is nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable/well provisioned - we had everything we needed. It was very still and quiet at night so got a good sleep. There was a small enclosed back yard for the dog which was handy. It was just a short walk to town crossing the canal which was great. The town is very historic and scenic with plenty nice restaurants, bars and shops. It was a lovely trip away seeing the sights of Lancaster.

Cons: Nothing much to complain of, the t.v. connection would drop sometimes making it difficult to watch for any length of time. Not much of a problem as we had so much to go to or see we weren't watching t.v. too often. Beware of the step which goes down into the bathroom...it is sign posted, but my partner did stumble down it one night when very sleepy!
